Rules & Regulations

  1. Children will not be allowed to roam the park unsupervised & must be at their campsite by 11:00 p.m.
  2. *All drain water and sewage must be stored in approved containers and dumped at specified dump stations.
  3. Water hoses must be removed from the water faucet and coiled near camping unit immediately after filling your storage tank, except on sites 156 thru 210.
  4. Trailered camping units must be parked ninety degrees to the road with tongues facing out, including pop-up campers. Sites 200-210, & 36-48 can face either direction, perpendicular to road or parallel with site
  5. No propane tanks larger than 40 lbs allowed.
  6. Speed limit in Park is 10 mph at all times for all vehicles.
  7. All docks must be owned and maintained by the Park. Some docks are privately rented and may not be used without renter’s permission.
  8. Docks labeled “transient use” are intended for public use. Prolonged docking of boats is prohibited
  9. Please anchor boats offshore from your campsite.
  10. No more than two vehicles per campsite or one vehicle and one boat trailer.
  11. One camping unit per campsite, an additional tent is allowed if occupied by children under 18. No more than two camping units on a site allowed!
  12. There is a 21-day stay limit on all transient sites.
  13. Dish washing at bathrooms and water stations is prohibited.
  14. *Fire must be in fire rings at all times. Fire rings must not be moved! Do not leave trash in pit when you leave.
  15. No smoking in bathrooms. Please dispose of cigarette butts in trash or fire pits.
  16. Hunting in the park is prohibited.
  17. No digging or trenching of dirt on sites.
  18. Do not cut, destroy, or damage any living vegetation.
  19. Campers must register before setting up camp.
  20. Campers must re-register before changing sites.
  21. Quiet time is 11pm to 8 am (pets Included). Use controlled volume throughout the day.
  22. All vehicles entering the Park must have a vehicle permit.
  23. Beach area is closed from 10 pm to 6 am.
  24. Profanity will not be tolerated!
  25. Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Check-in is 1:00 pm.
  26. Pets must be on a leash at all times (6 foot long or less), prohibited in the beach area, and dung must be cleaned up and placed in dumpster immediately.Upon departure from the campground, all campers must leave the campsite free from all trash, debris, and personal belongings, ($40 clean-up fee).
  27. * Registered campers are responsible for their guests. Their negative actions could result in your eviction.
  28. Visitors please leave by 10:30 P.M.
  29. Personal ATV’s, mopeds, scooters, and utility carts are not allowed to be used in the Park. Motorcycles and mopeds can only be used to transport in and out of the Park, not to transport within the Park. All 2 wheeled vehicles must be road legal (helmets) and have a vehicle pass.
  30. Horses and other large animals are not allowed.
  31. Fireworks are not allowed.
  32. All persons in the park are required to obey the spirit and intent of any directive given them by the Park Management, whether or not separately listed above.
  33. These rules may be amended, modified, canceled, or suspended at any time by Park Management.
